Product Warranty Policy

At Proliss, we stand by the quality of our styling tools. To ensure long-lasting performance, we offer a Lifetime Warranty on all Proliss styling tools, including flat irons, blow dryers, twisters, and full sets, when registered within 30 days of purchase. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, but not physical damage, wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
Eligibility & Registration To qualify for the Lifetime Warranty, your product must be purchased directly from www.prolissusa.com or an authorized Proliss retailer, and you must have a valid receipt. Note: Products purchased from unauthorized sources, such as Amazon or eBay, are not eligible for this warranty. Register your product here to activate the warranty. If registering after 30 days, a $15 service charge applies.
Warranty Coverage & Exclusions This warranty covers defects in materials and craftsmanship but excludes:
- Physical damage (e.g., broken housing, damaged plates)
- Misuse or accidental damage (e.g., dropping, incorrect voltage use)
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., cord or plate damage)
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
How to File a Claim
- Ensure your product is registered within 30 days of purchase.
- Complete the product return form.
- Return the defective item with a $29.99 USD / $49.99 CAD shipping and handling fee (SHR Fee). The SHR Fee can be paid via debit/credit, check, or money order.
Please note, we will not process returns without registration or payment of the SHR Fee. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Limitations & Disclaimers To the maximum extent permitted by law, this warranty excludes any other warranties or liabilities. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product defects, including loss of use or inconvenience.
Payment for Returns If you are returning a registered product for a replacement, you can pay the SHR Fee through the provided links on the warranty page.
Final Sale Items Please note, accessories and clearance items are final sale. We currently cannot accept returns for hair care or skincare products.
