Shipping and Delivery Policy
At Proliss, we take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Our customer service team is here to assist with any shipping or delivery questions you may have, and we strive to make sure your order reaches you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Processing & Shipping Time
- Orders placed before 3 PM PST are typically processed and shipped the same day (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 3 PM PST will be processed the following business day.
- Orders during promotional sales may experience slight delays, in which case you will be notified.
- After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
- All products are shipped from our warehouse in Canoga Park, California.
Important Shipping Information
- Double-check your shipping and billing information before checkout to avoid delays. Incomplete or incorrect addresses (including P.O. Boxes) may cause processing delays.
- If there are any issues with your tracking number or delivery, please contact the courier directly before reaching out to Proliss.
Delays Beyond Our Control
While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, Proliss is not responsible for shipping delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, service interruptions, or U.S. holidays.
U.S. Orders
- Continental U.S.: Orders are shipped via UPS Ground and typically delivered within 2 to 7 business days.
- U.S. Territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Caribbean Islands): Shipped via USPS, FedEx, or DHL, with delivery typically within 5 to 10 days. Delays may occur during holidays or severe weather conditions.
Shipping Timeframes for U.S. Orders
- West Coast: 2-4 days
- East Coast: 3-5 days
- U.S. Territories: 5-10 days
International Orders
- International orders are typically delivered within 15 to 25 days, although delays may occur during holidays. Since international shipments pass through customs, additional delays may happen. We ship via FedEx, UPS, or DHL, followed by local delivery agents.
Shipping Timeframes for International Orders
- Canada: 7 days
- Mexico: 5-10 days
- Other International Orders: Shipping times vary by country.
Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these charges, as we have no control over customs fees and cannot predict their amount.
